Honda Fixed Operations Case Study: Measured Repair-Order Results
CPRO Driver supports dealership service departments with targeted direct mail, coordinated digital advertising, and repair-order reporting. This Honda dealership example shows how completed service activity can be measured against the VINs selected for a fixed-operations program.
Results for the Reporting Period
The reporting window covers January 1 through August 31, 2026. The first campaign launched in late January, so January represents partial-month campaign exposure.
| Measure | Reported result |
|---|---|
| Completed repair orders matched to selected VINs | 857 |
| Unique matched VINs | 745 |
| Repeat repair orders within the reporting window | 112 |
| Matched total repair-order revenue | $415,619.97 |
The repeat visits are included in the repair-order and revenue totals. Each unique VIN is counted once in the unique-VIN measure; later repair orders are reported as repeat visits.
What the Figures Show
Repair-order matchback connects the selected VIN population with completed service activity during a defined reporting window. It gives dealership leaders a way to review closed repair orders, unique vehicles, repeat visits, and matched revenue together.
CPRO normally evaluates campaigns over approximately three-month cycles. The figures above combine the January through August reporting window; they are not a single-month campaign result.
Reading the Results Responsibly
Matched revenue is total revenue on the matched closed repair orders and may include charges beyond labor and parts. Matchback identifies an association with selected VINs. It does not, by itself, isolate incremental revenue, profit, or the effect of one marketing channel. Results reflect one dealership and reporting period; future outcomes vary.
